They were fast and did a good job with all my clothes. I was told that they are under new management and tried it. I have nothing to complain about and I recommend it.
Horrible service, sorry!! They tried to charge me twice as much when I returned to pick up my clothing! This is the second time this happened! Never again!
A very expensive comforter with instructions to dry clean only....YET....they managed to burn various parts of my 6 month old purchase & basically said sorry about your luck read the small print on back of the ticket. Stupid me for not flipping it over & reading before I walked away. I would highly recommend not using this non-professional, terrible customer service so called business.
I had always found them expensive, but the woman I used to see there was pleasant. Recently I started seeing a man there. When I caught them charging me a dry cleaning price for a laundered shirt (nearly 3 times the price), he feigned a language barrier and continued to smile while he insisted I pay the higher price. I paid it, told him he had just lost a customer, and he continued to smile & shake his head. FAIL.
I took two dresses in for cleaning. The lady asked if I wanted to prepay, I said sure. She told me my total was $25.80. For two basic dresses.....I said no thanks, took them to Zips and paid $4.58. Too bad because it's more convenient being right here in Middletown but that is a ridiculous price to charge!!
