I have used this company on 2 separate occasions and been extremely satisfied both times. I was able to get him to come out quickly and he did a great job both times. He is very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely use this company again.
Never showed up on time or finished projects on time. Furthermore, charged my card for the total amount of service and walked off the job. Would not answer calls after that and I had to dispute the charge with the bank.
They are dishonest and tried to gouge me for a simple repair of under and hour. A hose bib part isn't $75 - I do shop Home Depot and priced the same part. That markup is obscene. I pay attorneys in DC lower hourly rate than I'm paying this plumber. They saw the farm, the house, the horses and tried to take advantage. So much for the local small contractor doing good work for locals.
